Care That Listens to Your Body

Medication is a powerful tool — but it works best when it's integrated into a broader understanding of your life. Our Nurse Practitioners specialize in ADHD and know how medication interacts with your sleep, your mood, and your daily energy.

  • Personalized Fine-Tuning

We adjust your medication based on your symptoms and response over time, not a generic protocol.

  • Ongoing Monitoring

Your care includes regular clinical touchpoints (virtual NP calls or secure email) to make sure your medication is working safely and effectively.

  • Integrated Care

Your NP coordinates directly with your SYNT therapy team, so your strategies and biology work together.

Whether you were diagnosed at SYNT, are transferring care from another provider, or want a second opinion on your current plan — we meet you where you are. Subscription Guidelines

Clear policies so you know what to expect.

NP appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are billed as a full session.

Tiers 2 and 3 are structured around 3-month clinical cycles. This rhythm keeps your NP as your registered prescriber under Ontario's Narcotics Monitoring System (NMS) — so your prescriptions never lapse.

All tiers follow defined cycles (6 months for Tier 1; 3 months for Tiers 2 and 3) and you can cancel at any time. Subscription pricing reflects a discount for committing to the full cycle. If you cancel mid-cycle, any touchpoints you've already used will be re-billed at the regular rate — $90 per virtual NP call and $45 per email renewal — to reflect the standard, non-subscription pricing.

This subscription covers ADHD medication management and integrated support for related symptoms. Our standard response time is within 3 business days. If you need a faster turnaround (same-day or under 3 days), expedited requests are $59 and count toward your plan's touchpoints.

Medication Support FAQ

Common Questions About ADHD Medication

Yes. A formal ADHD diagnosis is required for medication prescribing in Ontario. If you don't have a diagnosis yet, our clinic can support you through a comprehensive ADHD assessment before beginning medication management. Coaching and psychotherapy don't require a diagnosis.

  • Your previous diagnosis documentation when available
  • Relevant medical history — blood pressure, cardiac history, sleep, and other factors that affect medication safety
  • Your current medication response, including side effects and dosing history
  • Any co-occurring concerns (anxiety, depression) that may influence treatment choices

You can cancel any tier at any time. If you cancel mid-cycle, touchpoints you've already used are re-billed at the regular non-subscription rate ($90 per virtual NP call, $45 per email renewal). See our Subscription Guidelines above for full details.

Currently, all medication appointments with our Nurse Practitioners are virtual. You must be physically located in Ontario at the time of your appointment — that's a clinical/regulatory requirement, not a SYNT one.

If you need additional support between scheduled touchpoints, 15-minute NP calls are $39 (regularly $90) and secure email renewals are $29. Our standard response time is within 3 business days. Expedited requests (same-day or under 3 days) are $59 and count toward your plan's clinical touchpoints.

Most clients book their first appointment within 7 days of booking, and our team responds to all inquiries within 3 business days.

Most private insurance plans in Ontario cover Nurse Practitioner services. We provide professional receipts that you can submit for reimbursement. We always recommend confirming your specific coverage with your provider before booking.
