Expert medication management focused on finding the right fit — so your medication actually works the way it's supposed to.
Finding the right ADHD medication shouldn't feel like a trial-and-error experiment you navigate alone. Whether you're starting medication for the first time or fine-tuning a current plan that doesn't quite feel right, our Nurse Practitioners are here to partner with you.
We move past the 'one-size-fits-all' approach — helping you find the clarity and calm your brain deserves, without the long wait times.
Consultation required first.
Medication is a powerful tool — but it works best when it's integrated into a broader understanding of your life. Our Nurse Practitioners specialize in ADHD and know how medication interacts with your sleep, your mood, and your daily energy.
We adjust your medication based on your symptoms and response over time, not a generic protocol.
Your care includes regular clinical touchpoints (virtual NP calls or secure email) to make sure your medication is working safely and effectively.
Your NP coordinates directly with your SYNT therapy team, so your strategies and biology work together.
Whether you were diagnosed at SYNT, are transferring care from another provider, or want a second opinion on your current plan — we meet you where you are. Our subscription tiers are built around what kind of monitoring you actually need, so you're paying for the level of care that matches your stage.
Best for: those starting new medication or adjusting dosages.
Focused on finding an effective dose safely, while monitoring how you respond during the stabilization phase.
Finding the right ADHD medication and dose is often a trial-and-error process — every brain and biology responds differently. Regular touchpoints during this phase let your NP adjust thoughtfully, accounting for genetics, side effects, and effectiveness, so you get the most benefit from your medication.
Starting ADHD medication involves a structured titration phase. CADDRA guidelines recommend starting at the lowest effective dose and adjusting gradually on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Because stimulant medications can affect heart rate and blood pressure, two monthly clinical touchpoints are required to monitor safety during dose changes. This approach acts as a safety net — helping us find the right dose efficiently while meeting the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) accountability standards for high-risk medications.
Best for: those managing ADHD alongside anxiety or depression.
Maintains balance while making sure medication changes don't worsen overlapping symptoms like anxiety or depression.
When ADHD coexists with anxiety or depression, medication response can be more nuanced — and may shift over time, as brain chemistry, sensitivity, and stress levels interact differently across different life contexts. Regular reviews give your NP the chance to monitor how medications work together, prioritize the most impairing symptoms, and adjust treatment thoughtfully so care stays balanced and effective.
Ontario practice standards require clinicians to closely monitor overlapping conditions to make sure one treatment doesn't worsen another. Our structured review schedule aligns with the CNO's Care Continuity standards — providing consistent oversight to support safe medication management and long-term mental health stability.
Best for: those stable on the same medication for at least 3 months.
Supports ongoing medication stability and long-term maintenance, while meeting Ontario requirements for continued monitoring.
Once medication stability is reached, Ontario practice standards allow for a transition to maintenance care — focusing on long-term sustainability rather than frequent dose changes. While medication may stay stable, effectiveness can shift over time with health changes or other factors, which is why ongoing monitoring still matters.
This plan is structured around a defined care cycle to make sure your NP remains your Prescriber of Record under the Narcotics Monitoring System (NMS). Regular reassessment supports continued safety, effectiveness, and regulatory compliance — while letting you access care flexibly and maintain the benefits you're getting from your medication over the longer term.
Need extra support between your touchpoints? 15-minute NP calls are $39 (regularly $90) and secure email renewals are $29.

NP appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are billed as a full session.
Tiers 2 and 3 are structured around 3-month clinical cycles. This rhythm keeps your NP as your registered prescriber under Ontario's Narcotics Monitoring System (NMS) — so your prescriptions never lapse.
All tiers follow defined cycles (6 months for Tier 1; 3 months for Tiers 2 and 3) and you can cancel at any time. Subscription pricing reflects a discount for committing to the full cycle. If you cancel mid-cycle, any touchpoints you've already used will be re-billed at the regular rate — $90 per virtual NP call and $45 per email renewal — to reflect the standard, non-subscription pricing.
This subscription covers ADHD medication management and integrated support for related symptoms. Our standard response time is within 3 business days. If you need a faster turnaround (same-day or under 3 days), expedited requests are $59 and count toward your plan's touchpoints.
We prioritize getting you into your first appointment within a week of booking, no months-long waitlists, no bouncing between providers.
Our Nurse Practitioners are experienced in ADHD pharmacology and the realities of managing stimulant medications, including how they interact with sleep, anxiety, mood, and cardiovascular health.
We handle your renewals and reminders so you never have to worry about a lapse in treatment, because the executive function challenges of ADHD shouldn't get in the way of treating your ADHD.
When you send us a message, you're not starting from scratch. Your NP already knows your history, current dose, and goals, so questions are answered in context, not from a generic FAQ.
Yes. A formal ADHD diagnosis is required for medication prescribing in Ontario. If you don't have a diagnosis yet, our clinic can support you through a comprehensive ADHD assessment before beginning medication management. Coaching and psychotherapy don't require a diagnosis.
You can cancel any tier at any time. If you cancel mid-cycle, touchpoints you've already used are re-billed at the regular non-subscription rate ($90 per virtual NP call, $45 per email renewal). See our Subscription Guidelines above for full details.
Currently, all medication appointments with our Nurse Practitioners are virtual. You must be physically located in Ontario at the time of your appointment — that's a clinical/regulatory requirement, not a SYNT one.
If you need additional support between scheduled touchpoints, 15-minute NP calls are $39 (regularly $90) and secure email renewals are $29. Our standard response time is within 3 business days. Expedited requests (same-day or under 3 days) are $59 and count toward your plan's clinical touchpoints.
Most clients book their first appointment within 7 days of booking, and our team responds to all inquiries within 3 business days.
Most private insurance plans in Ontario cover Nurse Practitioner services. We provide professional receipts that you can submit for reimbursement. We always recommend confirming your specific coverage with your provider before booking.
Medication is one piece of the puzzle. Whether you're still figuring out the diagnosis side, or want skills and strategies alongside your medication — here's what else our team offers.
Medication prescribing in Ontario requires a formal ADHD diagnosis. If you don't have one yet, our comprehensive assessment is completed within 14 days and includes a 75-minute Nurse Practitioner session — so you can move directly into medication support after.
